British Library Readers Group

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport owns an area of land to the North of the British Library in London. According to David Lammy (Parliamentary Under-Secretary) the plan is to sell this land, which is currently valued at £26.6 million.

Readers may be interested to know that the Consultancy Atisreal has been commissioned by the Government at a cost of £246,000 to dispose of this land.
